Hello everyone ! I am having a issue with a program that's long been removed so I will explain this quickly. I used a online doctor, they installed video software (Telehealth Video 11.3.2.0) and afterwards I removed by going into Windows Settings - Apps - uninstalled. Simple right? No, it didn't work and i didn't catch it til now when I tried to use the Cyberlink Webcam because a window popped up said "in use by another program." That's the only program that uses the cam so I looked and Telehealth is still listed in the Windows Setting App menu so I checked all the usual hangouts to locate the program including under appdata, Programs, Programs (86) Windows, System32 & so forth yet I cant find it? Usually the web cam is no big deal but now its aggravating since I cant install other conference video apps to make my life a little easier. I ran a DISM and SFC and all the usual apps including Microsoft install/uninstall program but it didn't list the TeleHealth app. Any suggestions ? This is a Inspiron 5775, Windows 10 ver 1903.
I used Revo Uninstaller and it worked beautifully - no only does it take programs out that there is a issue with but also wipes all traces from the system thus allowing the program to reinstalled without any issues.

Hi,
I used Revo Uninstaller and it worked beautifully - no only does it take programs out that there is a issue with but also wipes all traces from the system thus allowing the program to reinstalled without any issues.
