quick set problem

Hi, I have an Inspiron 5420 laptop and have problems with Quickset. When the program not runs windows. So I change my softwar version. The problem appeared, I think, shortly after I had installed Google Talk. Eventually I uninstalled Google Talk and re-installed Quickset yet the problem is still there. Is there any solutions to this? I want Quickset to work.
