Well, as I am learning to expect from Dell, no support was actually offered as you stated would be.
I have resolved the problem myself for now, so anyone else having the issue can us this link to download the Radeon Setting app from the Microsoft Store, if it is not installing along with the Dell driver package.

Thank you! this worked for me! I was having this issue for some time and didn't have time to look until now just after my warranty was expired.
Not the best experience with Dell!
