@ErickBlum  It would help to specify the exact display model(s) you have, or at least their resolution(s).  It would also help to specify your exact system model.  Saying you have an Inspiron 13 7000 Series isn't all that helpful since there have been many Inspiron 13 7000 Series systems over the years.  Your exact model would be something like Inspiron 13 7378, for example.  If you don't know it, go to support.dell.com and enter your Service Tag, and it will tell you -- do NOT post your Service Tag here.

But if you have Thunderbolt and plan to run a triple display setup, you'll probably want the Dell WD19TB.  Note however that Inspiron systems thus far haven't seemed to have firmware-level support for some of the dock's additional features, such as being able to use the dock's Power button to control the system.  I don't know why Dell hasn't implemented that feature on all of their systems, but so far it seems they've only implemented it on the Latitude, Precision, XPS, and I think Vostro models.  The Inspiron and Alienware systems don't seem to have it.  But the core functionality of the dock would still work fine.

@ErickBlum  The WD19TB when used with that system can support 3x displays up to 2560x1440 60 Hz each or dual displays up to 4K 60 Hz each. However, with these display setups there are some requirements for which display outputs you have to use. They’re explained in the WD19TB User Guide on support.dell.com. Look at the table for a Thunderbolt HBR2 system. But if you’re running 2 or 3x FHD displays, you don’t have to worry about that. Any combination of display outputs will work fine, except that you can’t use the HDMI and nearby USB-C output simultaneously.

@ErickBlum  You still didn’t provide any information about the displays you plan to use, but the Inspiron 7791 is designed for a 90W power source and the documentation suggests that it supports being charged via USB-C, so the WD19TB would likely be a good choice.

@ErickBlum  No, on the dock.  I'd recommend reading the WD19TB User Guide on support.dell.com.
