Sometimes you only get 1 connection, and if that is Ethernet Cable, then your Wi-Fi may be temporarily dis-abled.

So does your ethernet adapter actually work?

ping 127.0.0.1 & ping 13.107.4.52 >>C:\Users\1.txt

ping 192.168.0.1 & ping 192.168.1.1 >>C:\Users\2.txt

getmac & netsh interface ip show interface >>C:\Users\4.txt

The above should create a TXT files with the details in it.

powershell Get-NetConnectionProfile


netsh wlan show drivers & powershell get-netadapter


ipconfig /all >>C:\Users\8.txt

AND perhaps try the above DOS commands and post the output.
