Replacement Battery check

Hello, I just purchased a replacement battery for my Dell inspiron 15 5000 series 5559 and would like to know if it is original and how old it is. Any help would be appreciated. The serial number is CN-0M5Y1K-88336-21YR-6VWY-A00. I attach a Pic of the battery
