Right hinge broken

Question

21 September 2024  my screen damaged and now  its hinge is broken along with LCD panel in bottom even,  Right now I am not able to open the laptop, this is very bad product quality form dell, this is a heartbreaking for me to see that laptop condition in within 6 months where I have not used my laptop much, I have seen that many people face the same issue which shows that somewhere quality is not good and literally it is unbelievable that we got this bad quality product.   Dell please solve this issue as soon as possible so that I can start my work.

If the system is under warranty, call Dell for repair.
