right hinged broken dell inspiron windows 11 15 3511 core i5

I bought my laptop last December 16,2023 in US base in Japan.After 4months laptop is just sitting most of the time on the table,but just suddenly broken. The right hinged is broken same with the issues here in this forum. I know it’s under warranty until December 2024,but agent in online insists that system is under warranty but does not have international warranty. Just waiting here for the feedback if they can repair it for free or replace.
