Inspiron 15 3511, freezes
Same problem here. The system freezes and no errors are recorded in the Windows Event Viewer.
I tested the RAM using MemTest:
With both 8GB modules installed, the system freezes within about 3 hours of testing.
Testing each 8GB module individually (in any slot), it takes longer before freezing.
I also tested with a single 16GB module, and it froze after about 10 hours of testing.
I replaced the SSD and the issue still occurred. I also performed all tests with the battery disconnected and tried a different power adapter, but the system continued to freeze.

It sounds like heat may be an issue -- is the system clean inside and have the thermal pads been replaced? If not, start there.

Yes, the system is clean and the temperatures are normal, always below 70°C. This issue has been happening since the first few days of use. Dell denied the warranty claim because the problem does not occur during their diagnostic tests.
