The drive has failed, as you no doubt know. If you need the data from it, you'll need the assistance of a data recovery specialist -- Gillware is highly regarded. Ontrack, Drive Savers and others can also recover data from a failed drive.
Only you can determine whether the value of the data justifies the cost, which will start around $600 and can easily run well into four digits.

Press F12 a few times at powerup and boot to the Dell diagnostics - run a system test.

OMG! It's a new laptop. Just a few months ago, I thought I could receive a new hard drive instead of a damaged one, that's within the warranty, right?

If the system is under warranty, call Dell with the error and validation codes and they'll replace the drive.
Dell is not responsible for recovering data -- that's your responsibility. You need a backup medium - an external drive or one or another cloud-based backup service -- going forward.

1. Call your local Dell support number. Have the error code and validation code ready before you do. I have no idea where you're located; for the US,

2. The OS is installed on the SSD. The hard drive is designed for storage, not the operating system, which is why the system will run fine even with a failed hard drive (if you have any programs loaded on the hard drive, those won't run, of course).
3. Yes, you can install a 2.5" SATA SSD in place of the hard drive (though if you're going with a warranty replacement of the failed drive, Dell will supply another hard drive - not an SSD).

How? I have more than 26GB on the SSD (C).
It is not enough?
I want to continue my life with this SSD hard drive only, some simple works, a game and some programs, wouldn't it be enough?

The first thing you asked was about the hard drive not being seen. What you've posted means the drive has failed. Since the system is under warranty, it's Dell's responsibility to replace it.
Then you changed your tune to the question - can you replace the hard drive with an SSD. Yes, you can - at your expense.
If you have only 26 G left and never plan to install anything else on the system, the existing SSD may suit you fine -- however, that's not a lot of space left to play with; you may want the second drive for storage.
It's absolutely unclear what your goals are, but the answers are as above. If there's data on the failed drive you need, you're going to need a data recovery service to recover those. Beyond that, your option.
