Screen flickers after installing windows

Question

Hello, i have a dell inspiron 15 3000 laptop with a peculiar problem..windows 10 was installed on it then inserted a new ssd on it and proceeded to installing windows 10 1903 64bit on it....after installing windows all good but after installing just a couple of drivers from driverpack solution (chipset and audio) screen starts flickering after a while and keeps on flickering...can anyone suggest a solution?

Reinstall your Dell supplied Video driver.

Make sure you are getting the win 10 drivers from Dell and not the other manufacturers. Dell customizes drivers for your exact board. BTW, use Windows Update to get the latest version of windows 10--1903 has been updated to 1909.
