I suspect ejn63 will be correct here, but even if your CPU does support virtualization, what is this "Secure Virtual Machine" feature you're talking about? I do a fair amount of virtualization myself and I've never heard of a feature with that name. The closest I can think of is a "Shielded VM", which is a feature of Hyper-V, but that isn't something that would be mentioned in a BIOS interface.

These were very low-end systems when sold - many had Pentium class CPUs that don't support virtualization at all.
What CPU (i.e., Pentium N4050, etc) is in the system?
