Shift is internally pressed
Without pressing the shift, all the alphabets are coming in capital, symbols are coming on typing the numbers row above. Numbers in the numeric part of keyboard are not coming on screen. Opening any application everytime opens in a new tab. If I want to open the 5th folder in the file explorer, 1st to 5th every folder open in different tabs. Scrolling is not going properly due to this. It was getting very hectic, because I can not put my password properly to open the laptop. Is there any solution to that ??

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

In accessibility, is there an option for OSD on screen display type of "keyboard"?
Maybe run a diagnostic on the hardware?
Could the battery be swelling/swollen and causing the problem?
