some keys not working

hello,

I have a dell Inspiron 15-3521 series laptop. since last around 4 months suddenly some of the keys stop working. some numerical keys like 0, 1, 2, some arrow keys, Esc, Caps Lock, left Shift, left Ctrl, g, h not working. please give me a proper solution.
