Split screen issues when i turn on my laptop

My laptop screen suddenly split into 4 parts when I turned it on and there was a slight glitch in certain parts. When turned on there is a beep sound several times. I've tried rolling it back the driver in device manager but there's no change. Please give directions what should I do next

Have there been any updates or changes to the hardware or software?  Did you drop the laptop, did something it it or anything else that may have damaged the connection between the screen and the rest of the laptop?  Possibly an update to the Windows OS?  You may need to attempt a reinstall but you will most likely lost all of the data if you are unable to back it up.

@Nisasalsa Go into the bios.  Does the screen have that issue there?  If your bios has an option for hardware checks run them and see if it shows any hardware issues.  This will help isolate the issue to either a Windows issue or a hardware issue.  Which Dell laptop model do you have?

Thank you.  I've seen these issues, although on a desktop, from a bad HDMI cable or connection.  It's why I want to run the checks in the bios and to know if the bios is having issues with the screen being split up like that.  If it does not than we can narrow the issue down to a software issue.
