A picture of the screen may help, as may the OS etc.
Is the pin a BIOS thing or an MS OS thing?
Try restarting your PC in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key while selecting Restart from the Power menu. Then, navigate to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options and try resetting your PIN again.

Hi
A picture of the screen may help, as may the OS etc.
Is the pin a BIOS thing or an MS OS thing?
Try restarting your PC in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key while selecting Restart from the Power menu. Then, navigate to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options and try resetting your PIN again.
Otherwise as suggested above do a re-install.
