Status: Processing - Pending Finance clearance

I recently ordered a laptop and when I go to my dell account in the orders tab, it says there are no orders.

Please help check. I have already made the payment by credit card and also received the SMS from the bank for a successful transaction

In the email I got, there is view purchase link which says Status: Processing - Pending Finance clearance
