Run the Dell Diagnostics to test all the hardware. Include the custom hard drive test that takes a long time to check the drive. If you post results here include your exact model computer and your operating system. Also explain the problems with any error messages or blue screens.
If you have windows 10 try tapping F12 as soon as you reboot to get to the Boot Menu to select Diagnostics. Don't wait for any screen.
My computer is slowing down and I do not know why: it takes longer to start, to shut down, sometimes it crashes. I also tried to make some diagnoses with McAfee, but nothing was found. I tried to install a driver, but the download stops at 50%.

Why do you need it? Any specific problem to post here in the forum? You can skip installing it since it is not a necessary app. It can cause problems.
