Could you post a little more information such as total amount of RAM, HDD or SSD, have any changes been made to the system and was it running well before those changes? And it would appear that the system is still under warranty, have you contacted Dell tech support about the problem?
System performance issues can be caused due to: Fragmented data on the hard disk drive. Unused applications running in the background. Outdated drivers for devices such as chipset, BIOS, docking stations, and so on.
