Tablet Mode enabled in normal position, disabled viceversa

Hello,
My dell 2 in 1 laptop is having a strange behavior. Tablet mode continued enabled although I turned the keyboard back to the normal position. If I pushed the keyboard all the way back the tablet mode is disabled! I reinstalled Windows and I tried many things even by contacting dell support, but they were not able to fix it.

hI've had this exact same frustrating issue since April. as anyone got in touch with you to help resolve it?

Hi,
It seems that the bios update 2.18.0 (06 Apr 2023) has a bug that inverts the screen position sensor functionality. I managed to fix this issue by installing bios version 2.17.0.
Hopefully dell will release an update soon.
