the battery cannot provide sufficient power
My laptop is not charging it says, "the battery cannot provide sufficient power". I couldn't contact the support service where should I go to fix my laptop?

What system model -- and is less than 12 months old?
If the system is older than 12 months, the battery is out of warranty and any service request must go through Dell out of warranty service (link below) or an independent repair shop of your choice.
