Thread Stuck in Device Driver (HELP)

Hello

I have a Dell Inspiron 7520 laptop. A few days ago it froze and now i cant use it properly. It always restart with

Thread Stuck in Device Driver error ( infinite loop problem with AMD gpu driver).  Its a frequent problem with Ati drivers as i see on other pages, forums. There are tons of tipps what i tried, but nothing solved.

So.. i guess Ati driver is the problem (BIOS diagnostic said everything fine with hardwares). I cant use my laptop in normal mode while Ati gpu is "online". It always cause infinite loop restarts. I went to safe mode--> switched off Ati gpu in Device manager---> go back to normal mode and everything works, nothing problem. I just dont have normal gpu now, only the integrated  Intel HD 4000.

I tried reinstall windows,  reinstall-update-downgrade Ati/Intel drivers, update BIOS. Nothing happend... always the same issue. Any idea?

I am also facing the similar issue with my inspiron 7520 .three months back I updated bios to the latest version and it worked well. Again its showing the same issue .I tried to reinstall Windows several times  and it stuck in that error.Don't know Dell will provide any new fix or bios update to fix this issue or not.
