THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER ERROR
Hello Buddies,
I am new to this community and I have a issue as mentioned in the subject above. I am using Dell Inspiron 5559 with Intel i5 6th gen, 16 GB DDR3 RAM, 240 GB SSD, 1TB HDD and 4GB AMD Radeon Graphics Card. I have recently install Windows 11 (Second Update 10.0.22000.120, 5th August 2021)
Recently, so many aunts were living under my Laptop so I was worried about the motherboard and wiring. So, I opened my laptop and clean all the houses of aunts. Also paste a Thermal Glue on CPU and Graphics Card. Then I restart My device. Initially, It starts normally and then all of the sudden, it Stucks and showing me BSoD containing msg like THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER.
I have shown many videos of above error and I have disabled all the components from BIOS. One by One I have enabled it and check for errors. Finally, I have found that My graphics Card is having a serious issue. So I logged in Safe Mode and disabled the graphics card and then turned on. It works fit and fine...
But when I enabled the graphics card the same above BSoD "THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER" is come up.
Please help me to find solution of this issue. I am fed up of restarting my device in safe mode and disable it and use it.
If anybody knows about permanently disabled graphics card then i will go for it.

You most probably have damaged the Motherboard in the procedure. GPU chips both Intel and AMD are soldered on Motherboard.
However I would still recommend doing some software troubleshooter
Download DDU (display driver installer) and run it in safe mode.
Now let windows load fresh set of video drivers.
Last option is to reinstall OS.

Step 1: Service Tag
--> Go to support.dell.com
--> Type in your 'Service Tag' (Its under your laptop...if it isn't then dell can detect automatically too so don't worry if you cannot find)
Step 2: Download Drivers
--> Got to the 'Drivers and Downloads' tab and select the 'Video' drivers.
--> You will see that your current Intel HD Graphics 4000 Driver is a newer version of the one listed there by Dell. That is causing this problem in the first place.
--> Download them. (around 300 MB+ so it takes time)

Thanks for replying..
I have already tried your suggestion. And also reinstallesd OS but problem is still there. Temporarily, I have disabled the video driver of GPU and working on onboard GPU. But when I enable the video card then the BSoD is there.

Thank you XPS_Man,
I have tried that option too. I have downloaded the DDU and run it in safe mode but still BSoD is there. I also reinstallesd the OS but it is still there. After normal restart the problem is there.
I don't know the reason. And I dont touch the panel of processor and GPU so there is no chance of mishandling. Even if the case is that, then how can I completely disable the GPU. Because I have second GPU which inbuilt intel Graphics. I can use that GPU for my daily routine work.

@ZeusFire79 Its not just the Chip. There are thousands of Fragile Circuits on motherboard
Unfortunately if you would have been in India, I could have gotten your Motherboard repaired in less 50$. We have chip level experts in small shops.
You may switch to working GPU or disable the other one. Try step 1 and if no go step 2
1 Reboot to BIOS (F2) > Video > Switchable Graphics > Uncheck switchable graphics
2. This should divert load to Discrete (Nvidia/AMD) graphics
If you still get BSOD
In Device manager > Display adapter > Disable faulty Graphic Device
