Thunderbolt 4

Question

My Inspiron 14 5406 2-in-1 comes with a Display Port sign next to the Type-C port. But this Thunderbolt Control Center application, which came from nowhere, detects a Thunderbolt connector. Is it possible for this notebook model to have a hidden Thunderbolt feature, or is this just a software fault❓ Which means I can use this port for Daisy chaining? There is a detected port shown in the 'Attached Thunderbolt Device' section: In the Windows Device Manager, I can also see a driver named 'Thunderbolt Controller-9A1B' under System Devices. In the 'About' section of the Thunderbolt Control Center application:

Your CPU supports Thunderbolt, but your system board does not -- it's USB-C only.
