Too many issues

Question

I have had this Dell for several years and very frustrated to find the simple basics don't work.

The camera does not work online.

The screensaver does not work.

These are basics that should not have issues. I have tried all of the fix but nothing helps.

The last Dell I buy.

IF the camera works offline, then ...

The camera not working online can be something that you chose, OR is a setting that has been defaulted to.

It is a Privacy/Security setting sometimes that can be overridden.

EG: In my Browser

Permissions

Location

Sites can ask for your location

Camera

Sites can ask to use your camera

Microphone

Sites can ask to use your microphone

Sites usually use your video camera for communication features like video chatting

Sites automatically follow this setting when you visit them

Sites can ask to use your camera

Don't allow sites to use your camera

Features that need a camera won't work

Sites listed below follow a custom setting instead of the default
