Please list Dell model number and version of windows:

In you don't know, click on the link below, look to the right, you should be able to see your Dell model number.

In meantime, use Support Assist application on the computer to update Video and Chipset drivers to see if it will make a difference. Just type Support Assist onto search box, and then follow steps in video listed below:
