Touchpad not working after replacement
Hi,
I have a Inspiron 7567 where the touchpad starts to overheat and bad working. Because the warranty is off, I decide to buy a new touchpad. In all the websites I saw they have touchpad compatible with many dell Inspiron, of course the mine too.
Then I bought what I think is the touchpad for the 7577 and they say is good also for my 7567. Unfortunately Windows gives me driver issue on "device manager" and the touchpad doesn't work. Tried to update driver automatically but no results.
Sameone can help me? Thanks

You could check the cable to ensure it connected solid?
Sounds like you bought a trackpad from just somebody? if you don't find a driver for it. You might try these people for the correct trackpad for your notebook https://www.parts-people.com/?gclid=Cj0KCQiA4NTxBRDxARIsAHyp6gC56o9c5qNqseYb64MnH33hUWFi6Y6l3LajRgN0Uc4MuDSjdgCYp6caAsgVEALw_wcB
