Touchscreen does not work properly when folded

Question

Laptop: dell inspiron 13 7373 My touchscreen work fine in laptop mode (not folded), but when i fold it to the 'tablet mode' the touch screen seems to have a lower registration rate, so if I draw a fast circle, you can clearly see the line segments. This does not happen in the laptop mode. It starts at about 270deg rotation ( 0deg would be closed)

Do you see HD - Touch Screen listed under Human Interface Devices in device manager? Also, you manually downloaded / installed the Panel Firmware Update from your Dell Product Support page?
