Typing noise

Whenever I am typing my speakers randomly emits this loud, obnoxious sound. It's an off and on problem, but I find that happens most once audio is played through my computer. I have turned off "beep when keys are pressed" in the keyboard options, but it didn't do anything! I have been trying to fix this problem for hours help would be greatly appreciated.
