UEFI boot - does anyone really know about this?
Ok, first of all I'm told that I can't boot from a clone, not true because I'm doing just that. I have a small SSD 125gb and a larger SSD 500gb both installed internally, one is a clone of the other. Using BCDBOOT, windows recognises both installations and offers the choice of either at boot time.
Now for the tricky part, in my UEFI BIOS see below
you will see under UEFI boot only the smaller drive is listed.
What does this mean and how come I can boot to either of my drives? Furthermore how can I make the Larger drive appear in 'UEFI BOOT'.

What is said about using clones is to not use both the original and the clone at the same time. After cloning the original drive needs to be removed or reformatted.
I have not seen any type of File Browser situation so it may be something on the newer systems. You user manual probably mentions something about it. It sounds like it is a way to allow you to add another boot location. Since the two drives are the same, it is probably confused.

I'm sorry but that is not an answer.
