Unable To Change Avanced Settings in Bios

So, I've been a happy user of a fantastic Dell Inspiron 17R SE 7720 laptop which I have purchased, I believe, when the dinosaurs ruled the world.

The sad thing is, I'm experiencing difficulties with making changes in advanced settings.

My goal is to change the "USB Wake Support" option from "Disabled" to "Enabled" so that I don't bother the power button every time I need to wake up my laptop. But neither this option nor any other is capable of being changed. I can't even get to it using +, - and other combinations. 

This is the latest version of Bios A17.

What can I do?
