This issue might happen sometimes due to battery power fluctuations. See if you can resolve it using the below steps.

1.Open the Run app [Press and hold the Windows key and then press the r key.]

2. In the Run box, type devmgmt.msc, and then press Enter. Note: if the User Account Control window appears, click Yes.

3. Device Manager Opens Up >

3 i) Click the arrow to the left of Human Interface Devices.

3 ii) Right-click Airplane Mode Switch Collection, and then select Disable device.

3 iii) Right-click Airplane Mode Switch Collection, and then select Enable device.

4. Check if the WIFI can be turned on now. Else, proceed further.

5. In the Device Manager window

5 i) Click the arrow to the left of Network adapters.

5 ii) Right-click your wireless network adapter (Note: the description should include the word wireless), and then select Properties.

5 iii) Click the Power Management tab, and UNCHECK the box next to "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

5 iv) Click OK to save the changes.

6. Restart the computer, check if Airplane Mode can be turned off and WIFI can be turned on.
