unable to update automatically

Hello

It is frustrating not able to update drivers automatically as I used to do for years. Unfortunately, it becomes very difficult to do that without getting the message that I have to sign as administrator. So, I signed as administrator but still not working. So, I reboot the system without success. Something defiantly wrong. I am sure this topic is very important to many users who are like me frustrating to waste their times for such an issue. Dell is truly doing super jobs and I hope they will fix this problem.
