Unexpected Store Exception
I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 about 2 months ago. The laptop frequently suffers a Blue Screen of Death with an "Unexpected Store Exception." A tech from India was courteous and has been trying to help to no avail. I actually tried to contact a few Dell Sales reps to return the faulty inspiron and purchase 2 XPS laptops, a 13" and a 15". However, I was told that there is a strict 30-day return policy and that I could not return or exchange the defective laptop. I have purchased a Lenovo 15" IdeaPad Flex 5 laptop instead. I had been a loyal Dell customer for over 20 years, but I will never be purchasing from Dell again.
