Try selecting Windows 8 or Windows 7 if the choice is available.

That model is old now and will never have any Dell drivers for windows 10. It is not an approved model for the upgrade to windows 10.
Bios updates are not related to operating systems and have nothing to do with drivers.

that's mean if i change my windows 10 to windows 8 i can update my bios and other drives?
In addition i have ubuntu in my laptop.Do you think I can get these updates by doing this?

You do not need to boot an OS to update the BIOS.
Create a bootable USB drive using “Rufus”
https://rufus.ie/
Copy the BIOS update to the bootable USB drive you just created..
Dell Inspiron N5110 System BIOS, A03:
Insert USB drive, power-on and start tapping the “ F12 “ key.
Boot from USB and run the BIOS update.
After reboot test and post any results.
