Verification Issues

Good day,

I'm have made numerous purchases of the Dell Inspiron  during the Black Friday Sale on the Dell Website. I had no issues until the Cyber Monday Sale.

On this morning, Dell started canceling all my orders. There was no problems with my credit card. The issuing bank indicated the funds was sent and the merchant refused to accept it.

 

I chatted with a sales representative and was told i had a verification issue on my account. I proceeded to request that it be fixed. I was informed that the only way the verification can be bypassed is that I must contact the verification department at 1-866-383-4713. I requested an email address but was told that this department do not have an email address. 

Every other department in Dell has an email address but the one department that needs an email address does not have one.  I contacted the Verification  department and was told 15 minutes waiting time. I waited  1 hour and still no answer by verification.

All emails sent to customer care explaining the issue has the one response that my account has a verification issue. 

I am very surprised that this company has  a system which is not user-friendly to finding solutions for these issues. These issues prevent your sales. Please fix these problems to ensure your guaranteed customer service. 

I'm very disappointed.
