Please list Dell model number and version of windows.
Example: Dell XPS 9550, windows 10
If you don't know, type msinfo32 onto search box, stroll down to System Model in the system information application, you should be able to see it now.

In meantime, you tried turning Wi-Fi switch on and off in windows? This can solve issues by restarting your connection.
You ran Network Adapter troubleshooter to see if it will fix the problem?
If no, type Settings onto search box, select Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other, troubleshooters. Under Other, select Network Adapter > Run.
