WD19 DisplayPort monitors not working

I have 2 Dell U2419H monitors, and had recently purchased a WD19 dock and a G15 5515 Ryzen edition laptop. Everything is connected properly, but there is no picture on the monitors. I have tried to connect only one monitor, or both to the DisplayPorts of the dock, and the monitors show up in Device manager and display settings, but whatever I do, the screens are not powering on (No DP Signal detected). This happens also on the HDMI port of the dock, but on the HDMI port of the laptop, the second monitor is working.
Can somebody help me?

Ensure the video cable (HDMI, or DisplayPort) is connected properly to the monitor and the docking station. Ensure to select the correct video source on your monitor (see your monitor's documentation for more information about changing the video source). Check the resolution settings on your laptop.

I have two viewsonics monitors ViewSonic VX3211-2K-mhd 32' that can not be viewed with a WD19 dock. if i roll back the driver the monitors at least are seen in display settings but we can not extend them or change any properties.
