What can be causing Error Code: 2000-0511 , Validation: 82498 ?

Error Details  Error Code: 2000-0511       Validation: 82498 Video Fan failed to respond   System details :  Model (Dell G5 5587) Bois (1.2.1)   I got it checked adn was told gpu boiling might have caused it and gpu needs to be repaired and another said its just the fan. Is there a possibility my GPU is damaged?
