Wierd LCD issue with screen distortion on Dell inspiron 3793
After some time working on my laptop
the screen suddenly turns black and white flashing lines
when i click with mouse i get my screen back but when i scroll i get distortions like in the attached screenshots.
They replaced my motherboard , lcd and lcd cable but no resolution.
The latest bios version indicates a simular problem that should be solved with it but it didn't help
Anybody an idea what it could be?
I'm in contact with dell support since 26 october but no resoltion yet:(
Windows is allready reinstalled several times and tried multiple drivers,
change of resolution or hz doesn't solve it, it hapens when on power or on battery.
So if anybody knows what it could be or help would be very kind.
As you can see the distortion is not over the full screen but limited to a window
the wierd thing is if a take a printscr and paste it in pbrush i can't see the distortion over there

Hi, I found what the issue was after living "place where no angels live" for months with dell support.
It is a problem with the graphical driver but they don't want to what it is listen.
If you disable the hardware accelaration in outlook your problem will be gone.
Normally they should fix their driver so it works well with the hardware acceleration but if after explaining it 20 times and they still don't listen you simply give up.
Go to File --> options --> advanced --> disable hardware graphics acceleration end reboot
and the issue is gone.
Would you be so kind to try it also and let me know if it works for you also?
Thx, hope it helps you!
