wifi

I am using a Dell vostro 3558 and am having trouble connecting to my internet. However, on all of my other devices, I am able to do so. At times, no Wi-Fi will show up and when it does and I try to connect, it says it can't connect to the network. I've tried troubleshooting and it shows 2 problems: 

1) Windows cannot connect to "my wi-fi" 

2) Problem with wireless adapter or access point.

The driver for the network adapter (Qualcomm QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Adapter) has been reinstalled and is up-to-date as well. If anyone is aware on how I can fix this issue, kindly do help, thank you.
