Windows crash/Black screen indefinitely
Hi All,
I have Dell inspiron 15( 4 gb ram 500 gb rom), my laptop windows crashes and then refuse to boot up with a black screen atuck indefinitely.I had aimilar issue last time I get windows replaced and running fine until this happens again.It happened twice in 6bmonths and now I begin to wonder whether there is any harware issue in it!I did little trouble ahooting like long press power button after battery removal power plug in, pressing f8 whole booting, f2 nothig works.Please suggest my laptop is out of warranty now.Thanks

This means there's a short circuit somewhere in the system. The first suspect is the DC jack in the system - replace that (if you need a part reference, post the model number of the system - 5321, 5556, etc.).

I wonder my power adapter has an issue as well, cuz when I plug in to laptop the led indicator swich off and then when I plug out and replug to aucket the light again goes on.I dont know what is this..why the indicator swich off after plug in to laptop?
