Windows won’t boot after installing Linux

Hello, please I have a problem with my pc.

It’s a dell Inspiron 15 7567. Someone installed Linux (windowsfx) on it and now I can’t boot or load windows on it anymore. It doesn’t even show Grub loader. I have tried to restore default and even flash the bios and there’s still no solution. Please your help will be highly appreciated.

When Linux was installed was the drive formatted ? If so then the restore feature would not work. It may be that you will have to go to the MS site here and download the media creation tool. Then you would be looking at clean installing Windows 10.

i think the drive was formatted. I have tried installing windows from a cd but it gives a BSOD (blue screen of death).
I removed the hard disk that had Linux and put a hard disk with windows but it doesn’t work.
when I boot from legacy boot, it shows no hard disk found and UEfi boot doesn’t load windows.

please is there a way I can install Grub loader on the Linux and somehow partition my hard disk to run windows.
