Wireless display

I have an Inspiron 5577 and two newer TV's, i.e., 55" TCL Roku and 43"  TCL Roku.  I could connect to either of them via the connect to wireless display function while running win10 pro but decided to upgrade to win11 pro.  Under win 11 the wireless display function did not work on either TV.  I tried going back to win10 and even though it was supposed to be simple to do that within 10 days of the upgrade, it would not let me go back to win10.  F12 and OS recovery did not work either.  I had to use the media creation tool to get back to win 10.  I updated all my drivers, however, I cannot get either TV to connect via the wireless display function.  It does not see either TV.  I tried everything I know.  I'm hoping someone can help me.

Did you install all of the drivers for your system from the Dell support page here, especially the chipset and wireless, and Bluetooth drivers?

No.  I used windows update.  I also checked the F12 function at startup and I can now use the Support Assist OS Recovery.  It says I can download the factory OS which in my case was win 10 home.  However, I upgraded to win 10 pro.  Will I still have win 10 pro using the Support Assist OS Recovery?

I fixed my issue.  Here's what I did.  I shut down my laptop.  Unplugged both TV's.  Unplugged my wireless router and unplugged my modem.  I waited about 10 minutes.  Then I plugged in my modem and waited for it to completely power up.  Then I plugged in my wireless router and waited for it to completely power up.  Then I plugged in my 43" TV and waited for it to completely power up.  Then I plugged in my 55" TV and waited for it to completely power up.  Then I turned my laptop on and used the task manager to see when my laptop was completely powered up.  Holding my breath, I tried to connect to a wireless display and both TV's showed up.  Then I connected to one, disconnected, and connected to the other.  So all is well.  Before I try something, out of curiosity, can I connect to both TV's at the same time?
