Worst Customer support

Question

Purchase a laptop on 14th December 2021. After using for a month, I found problem with my laptop screen (inches) and  the laptop automatically turned off and. I called the technical team. They apology me for selling defective unit and assure to replace the part but now they are telling that because of unavailable of parts again 25th January 2022 they raise a request for replacement of laptop and it will take 40 to 45 days. Seriously it's not acceptable, in this pandemic period most of the employees like me working from home, even dell also doing same can't you people understand the situation.  I've bought 45k laptop just to wait 40-50 days , I don't know that dell after sale service is so worst. Now I'm Regretting why I purchased dell laptop
