"Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" after being idle
Recently my Inspiron 7373 has had issues after being idle. After a few minutes left alone, it usually receives this blue screen of death:
It will remain at 0% however and will require a force-reset. Sometimes my laptop experiences an alternate issue on idle where it will try to enter sleep mode, but cannot be woken back up with a keypress, and will again require a hard reset.
Another related issue that happens less frequently is that when sleep mode is selected, the screen will sometimes power down- but the laptop stays on and never fully enters sleep mode. A hard-reset is once again the solution.
I haven't been able to find much help with windows.com/stopcode, so any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

I've run it a few times, unfortunately the tests always come back without detecting any errors

If you ran an extended test of the hard drive, which will take awhile, then sure what the problem is.
