I try to transfer the data from a windows 2019 datacenter server with S3 Browser 10.8.1 portable on it.
Account type S3 Compatible Storage, Rest Endpoint isilonfqdn:9020, No SSL/TLS, Signature changed from V2 to V4, Virtual hosted style. Free Version
Task/Error:
Getting bucket list...
Error occourred during Checking for software updates System.Net.WebExeption...Failed - System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server..
I can not go out in the internet from this system for sure.
Maybee this error comes from the proxy?

Hello Sam
I have downloaded now the newest S3 Browser Version 10.9.9 and uncheck automatically check for updates.
I also checked S3 Browser Options.
Proxy: Do not use proxy (direct connection) is selected.
Still have the same Issue. 403 Access Denied.
I use OneFS 9.4.0.13.
Rest Endpoint:
xxx.isixxx.domain.intern:9020
Addressing model: Virtual hosted style. first i have also tested with Path style and just entered the ip:port. but i think Virtual hoststyle would work fine.
Where does this error "403 Access Denied." come, do i have todo some more authentication? I guess Endpoint url is fine and ports are opened, i have testet it with telnet.

Hello bstaub,
I would check your proxy as it should work without connecting to the internet.

Hello bstaub,
I would double check and make sure that you have your authentication and permissions configured correctly. Here is the admin guide for OneFS 9.4 and if you look on page 331 for authentication, and for permissions is on page 334.

Hi Sam
I have already seen this Guide from OneFS 9.4. Documentation seems a little outdated and not fully complete. i could solve the problem know without virtual domain setting.
Thanks for your help.
