Looking for information on network shares

I've inherited support for this device and we are looking for information on some network shares that are on it.

I need to find a way to find each of the following of the shares..

1. owner of the share

2. size of the share

3. all users or groups that have access to the share

 

I can't powershell to it to get the info as it doesn't respond to WMI.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
