Moving Smartlink / Stub Files with Isilon Cloud pools

Hello,  Does anyone know if it is possible to relocate the Smartlink / Stub Files to an alternate location from the original S3 bucket to say a new S3 bucket?

Not sure if this can be done without a full recall copy and rearchive.  Is it as simple as copying from one bucket to another and updating the S3 account. Or does the metadata on the stub need to be updated?  I saw with the cloud tier appliance you can move the data and then do a scan on the files to update the location.

Looking to see how it was done and any issues.  Any help is appreciated.
