OneFS 8.1.0.4 REST API for Change list broken?

Question

I just installed the new version of Isilon Appliance (8.1.0.4) and see that the REST api is returning incorrect results. Is it broken? Including the entry that shows up as ADDED in the command line. This exact issue still occurs in 8.1.2.0.
